VisionX – System Health & Usage Monitor
VisionX is RideOnTrack’s web-based monitoring tool for your MCCS. It provides real-time and historical insight into every dispatch console and server, and detect fault before they affect operations.

Problems are detected the moment they occur, rather than when an operator reports them. VisionX monitors every console and server around the clock, keeps one year of history for analysis, and forwards critical events to a NOC or service desk as SNMP traps.

System Health
A complete overview of the MCCS in a single view. Active and sent SNMP traps appear alongside live CPU, memory and drive usage for every server, together with the latest console and server events. The dashboard refreshes every 30 seconds, making a dropped connection immediately visible.
Consoles
Every connected console and its state in one searchable list. Click through to view device info, user settings, connected devices, performance and uptime history, and export its logs in one click.
Servers
Compare CPU, memory and disk usage across all servers in card or table view. Values above their threshold are highlighted, making a server under pressure stand out before it fails.
SNMP Traps
Every fault is recorded with its source, host, component and priority. Critical traps are forwarded to a NOC or service desk and stay active until the matching clear trap is received. Filter by period, VL-post or software version and export to CSV.
KPI Analytics
Dashboards show call volumes per type, failed calls, queue time, login activity per VL-post and license utilization. An activity heatmap reveals peak hours for better staffing and maintenance planning.

FAQ

VisionX is installed on-premise as part of your MCCS infrastructure. Users open it in any modern browser on the local network or via VPN, on desktop or tablet.

All dispatch consoles and the MCCS backend servers, including their applications, connections and resources.

VisionX sends SNMP traps for application restarts, console connection loss and SIP link status. Each trap stays active until the matching clear trap is received.

Users log in via the rCloud portal. Users have access to all overviews, administrators can also manage users and their settings.

The state of each console can be viewed up to one year back.
